Congress leader Karti Chidambaram shared a news clip of water logging in Chennai with a cryptic message that read “Race Road or Rain Road” and tagged Greater Chennai Corporation. It was an apparent dig at the state of the road, considering that recently Chennai had hosted Formula Night races.
