‘Concept Of Khalistan As Artificial As Pakistan Was In Its Infancy’

Michael Rubin, a US-based international security expert, called the Khalistan concept as artificial as Pakistan was at its inception. Rubin warned the US against engaging with Khalistani figures. He noted that Pakistan’s creation was driven by figures like Muhammad Iqbal and Muhammad Ali Jinnah, with its name coined from regional initials by Choudhry Rahmat Ali.
