Karnataka Wine Sellers Call-Off Protest After Meeting CM Siddaramaiah

Federation of Wine Merchants Association of Karnataka decided to call off the statewide strike of liquor shops. The strike was originally scheduled to end on Wednesday. The protest was against alleged corruption in Excise Department and to press many demands about the welfare of liquor sellers. But, it was called off after a meeting between the association and CM Siddaramaiah on Tuesday.
