CBI Arrests Two Ayodhya Cantonment Board Employees In Bribery Case

The CBI has arrested two employees of the Ayodhya Cantonment Board, including a contractual Junior Engineer, for accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 to issue a wood lifting contract. This follows a complaint regarding a demand for Rs 15,000 for an allotment letter. The agency set a trap and apprehended both individuals, who will be presented in court on October 23, 2024. Investigations continue.
