The government of AP, led by CM Chandrababu, is planning to construct the first phase of the Vizag Metro project in three corridors. It is planned to build 42 metro stations with a total length of 46 km. Of this, 29 stations will be built in the 34.40 km stretch from Steel Plant to Kommadi Junction.
