Bombay High Court Rejects Candidate’s Plea Against Nomination Rejection

Bombay High Court dismissed a plea by a candidate from Rashtriya Samaj Paksha, an unrecognised party. He is contesting the Maharashtra Assembly polls from Nanded. His nomination was rejected and he challenged the rejection. Hanmantrao Marotrao Vanale approached the High Court after both his nominations were rejected due to an insufficient number of proposers’ signatures.
