Bombay High Court Asks About Action Taken Against Badlapur Officials

Bombay High Court asked the Maharashtra government about action taken against the erring police officials in Badlapur sexual assault case. A division bench of Justices Revati Mohite Dere and Prithviraj Chavan noted that a departmental inquiry has been set up against the errant Badlapur officials. Advocates told the court that charges of dereliction of duty were found against one officer.
