BJP MLA Slapped By Lawyer In Front Of Police Personnel

BJP MLA Yogesh Verma was publicly slapped by the Lakhimpur Bar Association President Awadhesh Singh. This happened in front of dozens of police personnel. Supporters of the Bar Association President also physically assaulted the MLA. Yogesh Verma had been expressing concerns about potential irregularities in the upcoming elections at the Urban Cooperative Bank.
