The BJP has named 40 star campaigners for the November 13 Bihar Assembly by-elections. Key leaders include Bihar BJP chief Dilip Jaiswal, Deputy CMs Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, and Union Ministers Giriraj Singh and Nityanand Rai. The party will contest Tarari and Ramgarh seats while supporting allies in Imamganj and Belaganj constituencies.
