US Issued Over A Million Non-Immigrant Visas To Indians

US mission in India said it issued more than one million non-immigrant visas for the second year in a row. This includes a record number of visitor visas, underscoring the huge demand of Indians. Washington is also working to formally establish a US-base to renew H-1B visas in that country in 2025. In the past four years, visitor numbers from India increased by five times, it said.
