Noida CEO Punishes Employees For Keeping People Waiting At Counters

At least 16 employees of Noida’s residential plot department were punished by standing for 20 minutes after making people wait at their counters. The punishment followed an order from Noida CEO Dr. Lokesh M, who was upset with the delays. The CEO, who monitors CCTV footage, emphasized the importance of attending to residents promptly, especially seniors.
