A Bangladeshi citizen, Babu Joe Barua alias Rajiv Dutta, was arrested at Gaya Airport in Bihar for illegally residing in India for eight years. Posing as a Buddhist monk, he lived in a monastery in Gaya. Airport security detained him while he attempted to board a flight to Thailand. Authorities discovered he lacked valid documents and had been using forgeries.
