Bangladesh Leads Foreign Tourist Arrivals In India For Second Consecutive Year

Bangladesh topped the list of 15 countries with the highest number of foreign tourists visiting India in 2023, accounting for 22.3% of arrivals. The United States and United Kingdom followed, with 17.8% and 9.7% shares respectively. Despite a slight drop in overall percentage, the top 15 countries still made up 78.3% of India’s foreign tourist arrivals in 2023.
