Bahraich Violence: Yogi Adityanath To Meet Victim’s Family Today

Tensions remain high in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, after violence triggered by the killing of 22-year-old Ram Gopal Mishra during a Goddess Durga idol immersion procession. Rioters set fire to shops and homes in Nakawa and attempted to burn a religious structure. CM Yogi Adityanath will meet Mishra’s family today, accompanied by BJP MLA Sureshvar Singh, after the last rites were completed.
