Badlapur Sexual Assault: Bombay Court Grants Urgent Hearing On Accused’s Father’s Plea

The Bombay High Court on Friday approved an urgent hearing for the father of Akshay Shinde, the accused in the Badlapur sexual assault case, who was killed by Thane Police in an alleged fake encounter. The father has filed an application to the court for land from the Ambernath municipal council for his son’s burial. However, the hearing will take place at 1 PM.
