Suspended IAS Officer Gets Bail In PMLA Case

Suspended IAS officer Pooja Singhal was granted bail by a Jharkhand court. She has been in judicial custody for last 28 months in an alleged money laundering case. The bail was granted to Singhal by a special Ranchi PMLA court. The court earlier sought detailed information regarding the exact duration of Singhal’s incarceration and her judicial custody status.
