TTD Likely To Scrap VIP Darshans From May 1

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams plans to suspend VIP Break Darshans and slotted Sarva Darshan tokens at Tirumala from May 1 to manage heavy summer crowds. Authorities aim to adopt a Vaikuntha Ekadashi-style system, expecting to cut waiting time from 23 to 12 hours. The move could enable over 80,000 devotees to have darshan daily with smoother arrangements.
