Delhi HC To Decide Kejriwal Recusal Plea Today

The Delhi High Court is set to pronounce its verdict today on pleas filed by former CM Arvind Kejriwal and other accused seeking recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma from hearing the CBI’s challenge to their discharge in the excise policy case. The court will deliver the order at 4:30 PM after taking Kejriwal’s additional written submissions on record.
