AP Govt To Revise Land Values With Potential 10-20% Hike

The govt of Andhra Pradesh plans to revise land values and aims to implement the new land policy starting December 1, 2024. The registration department is currently examining current prices and market values in residential and commercial areas. Land values are revised annually in urban areas and every 2 years in rural areas. There is a possibility of a 10-20% price hike across the state.
