AP Govt Partners With FSSAI To Enhance Food Safety Inspections

The govt of Andhra Pradesh has signed an agreement with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) to enhance food safety inspections. FSSAI will provide training to staff and establish laboratories and necessary infrastructure. The govt plans to set up microbiology labs in Vizag, Tirumala, and Kurnool, along with 5 primary testing centers and 15 mobile labs across the state.
