The Ahmedabad Crime Branch arrested Rameshbhai Danabhai Desai for the 2010 murder of his partner, Manish Sahay, whose body was found concealed in an apartment. Desai had evaded capture by living under a false identity for nearly 14 years, even obtaining new documents and a life insurance policy. The murder stemmed from a violent argument, leading to Sahay’s fatal injuries.
