The Madras High Court has ordered filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon and his production company to repay ₹4.25 crore with 12% interest to RS Infotainment, dismissing his plea against the 2022 order. The court noted the Tamil film was never completed, rejected Menon’s claims, and ruled attempts to restructure companies to avoid repayment were invalid.
