Starlink To Launch Direct-To-Cell Services In Ukraine

Ukraine’s top mobile operator, Kyivstar, has partnered with Starlink to launch direct-to-cell satellite connectivity, enabling smartphones to receive signals directly from space. Set for rollout in late 2025, Ukraine will be among the first to adopt this technology, starting with messaging functionality, Kyivstar announced on Monday.
