Mamata Blames Bhutan Water Flow For Bengal Floods

West Bengal CM Mamata claimed rainwater from Bhutan caused devastating floods in North Bengal, seeking compensation and urging an Indo-Bhutan Joint River Commission. Visiting relief camps, she pledged to rebuild homes and reissue lost documents. Earlier, she blamed DVC for a man-made disaster from water releases that worsened flood damage across the state.
