At least 12 people were killed in an Israeli strike on a civil defense facility in Baalbek’s Douris region, including eight rescuers. The Lebanese health ministry reported the ongoing recovery of body parts, condemning the attack as the 2nd on a health facility in less than 2 hours. The earlier strike had killed Hezbollah-affiliated rescuers. Civil Defense confirmed the deaths of eight personnel.
