Karnataka HC Adjourns Hearing On MUDA Scam Case

Karnataka High Court adjourned the hearing on the plea seeking the transfer of the MUDA site allotment scam investigation to the CBI until December 10. The plea, filed by activist Snehamayi Krishna, questioned the credibility of the Lokayukta investigation. The petitioner expressed a lack of faith in the Lokayukta police and requested the case be handed to the CBI.
