A Rapido auto driver in Bengaluru allegedly groped a woman passenger during a ride on September 8. She escaped by jumping out mid-ride. Based on her mother’s complaint, the driver was booked for sexual harassment but not yet arrested. Rapido has permanently terminated and blacklisted him, reaffirming its zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and passenger safety.
