Welspun One To Invest ₹2,700 Crore In Navi Mumbai Industrial Park

Welspun One, a logistics and industrial real estate manager, plans to invest over Rs 2,700 crore to develop India’s largest single-location Grade A warehousing and industrial park. The park will span 55 acres at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Navi Mumbai, marking a significant investment in the region’s infrastructure.
