₹1 Crore Cash Seized In Bribery Case Against Shimla ED Officer

The CBI raided the Shimla premises of an ED Assistant Director, recovering ₹1.14 crore in cash. The official, accused of extorting bribes, is absconding, while his brother was arrested. Acting on a complaint, the CBI initiated the probe. Three ED officials were transferred from Shimla, and efforts to locate the absconding officer are ongoing.
