BMW Crash Case: Court Rejects Plea For CCTV Access

A Delhi High Court held there’s no legal provision to share CCTV footage with accused while hearing BMW-hit-and-run accused Gaganpreet Kaur’s plea for preserving Dhaula Kuan footage. Her counsel argued the case hinged on it. The IO was summoned on September 19. Kaur remains in custody till September 27; bail plea on September 20.
