Jharkhand To Receive 103 Animals From MP

The Jharkhand forest department expects NTCA approval this month to relocate 3 tigers, 50 bison, and 50 sambar deer from Madhya Pradesh to Palamau Tiger Reserve after summer. PTR plans an MoU with Madhya Pradesh to bring two tigresses and one tiger, boosting the big cat population, currently limited to males, and restoring tigers and bison in Latehar forests.
