A week-long festival, “Hyderabadi Rasoi,” at Hyatt Place Gurgaon is treating visitors to authentic Nizami cuisine, blending Iranian, Turkish and Mughal influences. Curated by Dilnaz Baig, the menu features classics like biryani, haleem, kebabs, and double ka meetha. The culinary event, celebrating Hyderabadi warmth and tradition, runs until November 28.
