Over 202 cases of fresh stubble burning were recorded in Punjab. Till now, a total of 1,418 cases have been recorded in the state during the season. In the coming days, the state will witness more stubble burning cases, as the paddy crop was still 30% in the fields only, prompting farmers to sow wheat and potato crops immediately after harvesting.
