NIA Achieves 95.23% Conviction Rate In 640 Cases

National Investigation Agency (NIA) has registered 640 cases since its inception, with a conviction rate of 95.23% in 147 decided cases, the government informed the Rajya Sabha. Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai stated that 109 cases are under “active investigation” and 395 under “further investigation,” with 4174 arrests and 595 convictions to date.
