Delhi Court Acquits Jagdish Tytler & Abhishek Verma In Chinese Visa Case

Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court acquitted Congress leader Jagdish Tytler and Abhishek Verma in the Chinese visa case on November 12. The case involved an alleged letter sent to then-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, seeking visa rule relaxation for officials of a Chinese telecom company. It was claimed that the letter was forged using the letterhead of a Congress leader.
