HC Halts Closure Of Nine Himachal Pradesh Tourism Corporation Hotels

The Himachal Pradesh High Court has stayed the closure of nine Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) hotels, initially ordered due to low occupancy. The division bench, comprising Justices Vivek Singh Thakur and Rakesh Kaithala, passed the interim order on Monday after hearing the appeal. The next hearing is scheduled for January 3.
