Delhi has experienced 41.2 mm of rain in 24 hours till 8:30 am on Saturday, marking its highest single-day December rainfall in 101 years, IMD reported. This makes December 2024 the fifth-highest for monthly rainfall since 1901. A yellow alert was issued, forecasting light to moderate rain for Saturday.
