AP Govt Seeks ₹5,000 Crore Loan From RBI

The govt of Andhra Pradesh has applied to the RBI for a loan of ₹5,000 crores, and the RBI has issued a notification in this regard. The total debt will be raised through the auction of govt securities on Dec 31, 2024. Statistics reveal that since the formation of the NDA govt, a total debt of ₹74,827 crore has been incurred.
