Judges Should Be Trained To Handle Social Media Trolling: Ex-CJI Chandrachud

Former CJI DY Chandrachud suggested that in the age of social media trolling, judges should be trained to handle the internet. He also quipped that he has been trolled on social media not just once, but many times. “Maybe the judges should be trained. In the social media age, how will you handle internet, trolling? So I think it’s necessary for all the judges to go through training,” he said.
