Indian Navy activated a comprehensive disaster response plan for Cyclone Fengal. The cyclone is set to intensify in Bay of Bengal. It will pose a significant threat to Tamil Nadu’s coastal regions. The cyclone is expected to intensify in next 48 hours. Eastern Naval Command, and Headquarters of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Naval Area (HQTN&P), mobilized a robust strategy to mitigate its impact.
