Atul Subhash’s Mother Approaches Supreme Court Seeking Grandson’s Custody

Mother of Bengaluru engineer who committed suicide Atul Subhash, Anju Modi, approached Supreme Court. She sought the custody of her 4-year-old grandson. Subhash left behind video and written notes, where he alleged harassment and false accusations from his wife and in-laws. She filed a habeas corpus petition to secure the custody of her grandson whose whereabouts are unknown.
