8-Hour Rule: No Refund On Last-Minute Ticket Cancellations

Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced that the Indian Railways will introduce key reforms. Changes include no refunds for tickets canceled under 8 hours before departure, flexible boarding point changes, Aadhaar-based Tatkal OTP verification, anti-bot measures, and freight and construction improvements to boost efficiency and passenger convenience.
