National Lok Adalat Settles 1.45 Crore Cases, Eases Court Burden

Fourth and final National Lok Adalat of the year successfully settled 1.45 crore cases, including 1.22 crore pre-litigation cases, and prevented 1.22 crore fresh cases from entering the judicial system. This effort helps alleviate the burden of India’s 4.65 crore pending cases. The event was held under NALSA’s leadership, guided by Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna.
