India Tested 3,500-km Range Nuclear-Capable Missile: Navy Chief

Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi confirmed on Monday that India has successfully test-fired the 3,500-km-range K-4 nuclear-capable missile from submarine INS Arighaat on November 27. The test marked India’s first submarine-launched ballistic missile trial. With this achievement, India joins a select group of nations capable of launching nuclear missiles from land, air, and underwater.
