Heavy Snowfall Disrupts Transport On Srinagar-Jammu Route

Heavy snowfall since Friday has disrupted transport in Kashmir, particularly on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway. Srinagar received 6 inches, while Kazigund and Kulgam saw up to 2.5 feet of snow. Many roads remain blocked, with clearance efforts underway. The Met Department predicts snow until Saturday afternoon, and the army continues patrols.
