Pilot Error Blamed For Bipin Rawat’s Helicopter Crash: Report

The report of the Parliament Standing Committee on the helicopter crash that killed former Chief of Defence Staff Bipin Rawat has been submitted. Rawat’s death was attributed to human error, with the accident occurring due to pilot error. On Dec 8, 2021, Rawat was traveling in a helicopter that crashed near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu.
