The Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee barred non-Hindus from entering its 45 temples and approved a ₹121.07 crore budget for the upcoming Char Dham Yatra. It also imposed restrictions on mobile phone use within temple premises. The committee stated these measures were taken to ensure the protection of Sanatan Dharma and maintain security.
