SIT Mulls Corruption Charges In Sabarimala Gold Theft

The Kerala HC-appointed SIT is considering charging retired and serving Travancore Devaswom Board officials, including political appointees, under the Prevention of Corruption Act in the 2019 Sabarimala gold theft case. The investigation targets those involved in the theft of gold panels. If pursued, the SIT will submit a report to the Inquiry Commissioner.
