EAM Announces Safe Return Of 312 Fishermen Stranded In Iran

EAM Jaishankar announced that 312 Indian fishermen were safely evacuated from Iran to India via Armenia. He thanked the government of Armenia and Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan for facilitating the operation. The evacuation was shared on “X,” highlighting successful coordination and the safe return of stranded Indian citizens back to India safely home.
