The death toll in the Yamuna river boat capsize in Mathura rose to 11 after a body was recovered near Devraha Baba Ghat. The victim was identified as Manik Tandon from Ludhiana. Boat operator Pappu has been arrested for negligence, including not providing life jackets and speeding. Rescue teams have saved 22 people, while four remain missing.
